OBI Travel Grants

Through the generosity of anonymous donors Outward Bound International has limited funds available to partially support expenses of Outward Bound staff attending the Annual General Meeting and World Conference from October 15–17th, 2006.

To apply for these funds please contact Outward Bound International Executive Director, Ian Wade at the coordinates indicated below. Applications by Email, fax or mail should: -

  1. State what the benefits of attendance will be for the individual and the OB Center where they work. Preference will be given to ensuring each OB Center has at least one representative at the World Conference.
  2. Indicate how much funding the individual and/or the Outward Bound Center are providing.
  3. Indicate how much will be required from Outward Bound International to enable attendance. It is unlikely that the OBI grant will exceed US$500.
  4. Clarify that the Executive Director of the Outward Bound Center has endorsed the individuals’ application.
Awards will be made as applications are received.
