Requires Experienced Group Instructors

Experienced Outward Bound^® Instructors on 3 year contract (renewable) to join our instructing team.

Currently over 5,600 participants per year attend Outward Bound^® Hong Kong programmes, which operate year round. We provide personal development, leadership and teambuilding courses from 2 to 16 days in length to a wide audience from children to executives. Our programmes use experiential education and include Climbing, Kayaking, Sailing, Ropes Courses and Mountain and Sea Expeditions. The successful candidate will have good personal adventure skills plus instructing experience in Outward Bound^® with different populations.  The ability to work as a member of an international training team working in a multi-cultural environment.  Good communication skills with clients, staff and participants at all levels.

Applicants must have current First Aid and Life Saving Awards, a Mountain Leadership Certificate and instructing experience in either kayaking or sailing.

The compensation package includes: Starting monthly salary HK$11,300 rising to HK$19,950 plus annual bonus = to one month salary; 10% employer contribution to pension scheme or gratuity; free housing and utilities and food when on duty; air passages; relocation expenses; medical cover. 96 days off plus 30 days annual leave per year.
