An independent and representative Board of Directors supports and oversees Outward Bound in each country and participates as a member of the governing Council of Outward Bound International.

  • The start up and capital costs are substantial, usually in excess of US$100,000
  • All operations are non-profit so supporters should not expect a financial return.
  • A well considered business plan is essential before the Outward Bound International Board will issue a icense.
